Lady Rocks is where girls in Western New York grow into confident, skilled, competitive hockey players — and strong young women.  Over the last four years our Lady Rocks girls programming has achieved 98% player retention!

Rooted in the Shamrocks mission since 2001, our program develops players the right way: structured, age-appropriate, and team-first.

The Path
